Specialisation

Administrative office/Operations/Freelance/Data Entry.

Responsibilities.

Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Compile,verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Review data programme for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output, apply data Program techniques and procedures.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and reform backup operations, keep information confidential.

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information, prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information,establishing entry priorities.

Enter customer account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screee format,maintain data entry requirements by following data progam,techniques and procedures, verifies entered customer the account data by reviewing, correcting,deleting,or re-entering data combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplicate of data.

Test customer and account system changes and update by inputting new data; reviewing outputs, service information by completed data base back-ups,update and maintain information on computer system, and in archives.

Writing information in text based or numerical,it could be paper-based information that needs logging into spreadsheet or database. There can be a lot of pressure in this job,you need to be accurate.


Qualifications.

Computer literate, Proven data entry working experience, Typing speed and accuracy,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Data Program,Trustworthy with an eye for details.
High School diploma OND and HND

    What I can do:
    Data entry, processing and conversion (I have typing speed more than 60-word per minute)
    SEO: link building using various platforms such as forums, blogs, social media, Q&A websites and more
    I know some popular programming languages such as PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, AHK etc. but I am not confident to my programming skills.
    I can communicate in English comfortably but I'm not a native speaker.

    What I can't do:
    I can't do complex calculation.
    I can't do graphic design related tasks....
