Duties/Responsibilities.
Welcome visitors by greeting them,in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries,control inventory relevant to reception area and ensuring knowledge of staff movement in and out of the organisation.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions, maintain continuity among work team by documenting and communicating in actions.
Receive and sort daily mail deliveries, update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Take and relay messages, maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically, coordinate meetings and organising catering and providing information to callers

Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issusing visitors badges,establish beat practice through the entire technical support process.
Book meetings,arranging couriers, screening phone calls,sorting and distributing post,provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams like product developers.
Responsible for answering the phone and assisting oracle customers,perform other clerical receptionist duties like filing,photocopying, collating,faxing etc.
Information coordinator are the integral part of the corporation service,ensure customer service is timely and accurate on daily basis,set specific customer service starndad, contribute to improving visitors support by actively responding to queries and handling comaints.
Providing the dissemination of information to visitor and fellow oracle employees.
Answer the main switchboard and greet visitors.
May have the opportunity to work departmental projects, may also develop relationships which may lead to career development/advancement upon satisfactory completion of the eighteen month commitment.
Works on assignment that are routine in nature where limited judgement is needed. Normally received detailed instructions on all work to work.
Involves minimal problem resolution following detailed instructions. Maintain and clean reception area by complying with the procedures,rules and regulations.
Qualifications.
BA's /BSc Degree in Supply management or equivalent.
Requirements/Skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
