Filing Station Fuel Attendant.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Run fuel pumps and fill fuel tanks of vehicles petrol or diesel fuel to a particular levels.
Charge purchases through cash,debit or credit cards and give customers receipts.
Sell ready food,groceries and vehicle related items.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of vehicles, wash windshields and check fluid levels and air pressure.
Replace tires,light bulbs and windshield wiper and blades,grease oil vehicles or particular parts of automobikes, adjust brakes,replace spark plugs and change engine oil and filters.
Prepare day to day reports of fuel oil,and other sales.Order stock and price,shelve incoming goods.
Sanitize parking areas,offices restrooms and remove garbage on pump platform.
Maintain customer records and follow up occasionally, prepares daily report of fuel and oil.
Responsible for collecting payments from patrons frequently.
Dispense change,fill up gas tank if asked,collect and dispose trash outside,answer questions and provide directions if needed,activate fuel pumps, give customers directions,count money in cash drawers, operate price scanner and accepting payments for gas,food etc.
Lubricate vehicle, change motor oil,add water,install antifreeze or replace lights or other accessories.
Operating a fill and taking cash,cheque and credit card payments.
Skills/Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have analytical mind of deport works and programming for loading,must possess adequate knowledge of filling station operations, must be mature and very smart,good customer service skills.
The ability to work with or without supervision, good math and cash handling skills,an awareness of security issues and understanding of health and safety.
