Thursday Tips: How To Lighten Your Skin Naturally.

Hello lovelies I am back with my weekly dosages of Thursday tips. This week I would be talking about ways we can lighten our skin naturally, without any form of external medications.It is not a total bad idea to want to lighten your skin.If done properly,you may be restoring your natural skin tone.


Check out some natural ingredients you can use to lighten your complexion without any side effects.



Tomatoes 




Tomatoes have naturally bleaching and whitening properties that help to lighten up your skin.Rich in vitamin C,it has astringent property that makes it a best remedy for treating the black skin,especially people who suffer from acne. 


Procedures: 

Take a tomato and grate it to extract it's pulp.Using your hands,apply where you have discolouration on the skin.Allow it to dry completely for just few minutes and then apply another coating of this pulp on the same spots.After completing the reapplication process,massage the applied area gently for a minute or two and rinse with water.Do this  daily to get rid of the dark pigmentation on your skin.


Milk 




Milk contains calcium that helps to regulate the normal colour of skin.It acts an an effective barrier to help fight against moisture loss,so that it prevents the skin from  losing moisture that turn inpivotal for keeping your skin tone.Lactic acid in milk helps to reduce the pigmentation of the skin.


Procedure:

Get one cup of milk,either goat or cow milk and place it on medium heat.Make sure the milk gets warm but not hot.Get a clean cloth and soak it in the warm milk.Now take out the cloth and wring it to remove the excessive milk form the cloth. Apply this cloth on the skin and rub it gently for a few mi till the cloth gets dried.Repeat the same process till you've covered all the skin.


Orange




 Orange contains vitamin C which is very essential for skin care.It also acts as bleaching agent to lighten up Francis skin tone. The regular intake of either orange or its fresh juice will help you improve the overall skin texture and it's suppleness. 


Procedures: 

Pour orange juice and tumeric powder in a bowl.Mix it till it form a paste and apply this paste on the face,neck,hands and legs before you go to sleep. Leave it overnight and then rinse it off with water the next morning. 

Pawpaw 




Pawpaw can also be used to lighten your complexion.Pawpaw contains natural bleaching properties and the various nutrients in it will make your skin glow.Eat pawpaw as a fruit.The general cleansing properties of pawpaw will cleanse the skin of impurities that could be causing it to darken.


Procedures:

 Rub the inner part of the skin of a pawpaw on tour face. Allow it to dry.Then wash your face with a cold water pat it dry.This will give your skin a nice glow.Do this daily.Mash ripe pawpaw and mix it with one cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.Massage the mixture all over your face and neck.Leave in on for at least 30 minutes before washing it off with cold water. Do this at least once a week to notice a visible change in your skin tone.
