Since it's privatisation the company has embarked on business diversification programme that cuts across industries and geography as a result which it has develop strategic global alliances through it's membership aviance,the global alliances of ten reputable airport service provider.
The company currently serves more than 35 airlines at seven airport across Nigeria,with plans to expand operations to other African countries.It handles about 70% of domestic and foreign Airlines operating in Nigeria.

Renders statutory returns and give notifications to the regulatory bodies when required.
Organises, prepare agenda form and take minutes of meeting.
Deal with correspondence,collates information, write reports and ensure decisions made are communicated to the relevant people.
Basic selling knowledge, negotiations and influencing skills, knowledge of developing and maintaining.

Develops and oversee the system that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes,as well as it's legal and statutory requirements.
Maintains the register of shareholders and monitor changes in the share ownership of the company.
Pay dividends.
Administration share option schemes.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
Aid in the organisational of the annual report, contribute to the meeting discussions as when required and advises members of the legal governance, accounting and tax implications of proposal policies.
Qualifications:
Leadship,Team Development, Labour Regulations, HSE Regulations, Aviation Industry Regulations and Tax Regulations.
Minimum LLB,BL with speciality in Aviation Law or other relevant areas.
